She was appointed by former President Bill Clinton in 1993.US President Donald Trump was widely believed to have an edge with four conservative judges to the four liberal judges, which included Ginsburg. Coronavirus: Abu Dhabi to mark houses where arrivals are in quarantine

Any buildings where people are quarantining in Abu Dhabi must display a notice warning the public, Abu Dhabi Public Health Center (ADPHC) said on Friday.Abu Dhabi has brought in new regulations to limit the spread of coronavirus through international travel, with all international travelers required to adhere to a 14-day quarantine on arrival.Read the latest updates in our dedicated coronavirus section.In the latest announcement on Twitter, ADPHC clarified that all residential units hosting people in quarantine must display a sign at the entrance to protect the public and prevent infection."We are committed to adhering to all self-quarantine measures to defeat Covid-19," says the sign, as shown in a video shared by ADPHC on Twitter. The video shows the signs being placed on the wall and floor next to a door.According to ADPHC, home delivery services will leave packages at the door to avoid coming into contact with the quarantined resident.International travelers will be monitored through electronic quarantine wristbands that share their location with authorities. Coronavirus: UAE detects 809 COVID-19 cases after conducting over 100,000 tests
